Park Place Property Management Online Application
Each applicant, 18 years or older, must submit a separate application with a $45 application fee. Your application will not be submitted until this payment is received. Application fees are nonrefundable.
If your application fee is returned as non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $25 by both Park Place AND the third party payment processing service, Paylease.
Each application and fee must be submitted separately.
If you've been convicted of a felony within the past 7 years we will not be able to approve you.
If an eviction action has been filed against you, please call our office prior to submitting an application.
For application questions, email the property manager in charge of the unit you are interested in directly. The property manager's email address is located on our available properties screen under each available unit.
