The NARPM Vacancy Report for the third quarter of the Southwest Idaho Chapter is out! We are seeing many changes in our data as well as having one of the greatest numbers of respondents.
We are still seeing a consistent rise in rents as well has an increasing demand for rentals, specifically single-family homes. With single-family homes being in high demand, rent prices are significantly higher than multi-family homes. Ada and Canyon County saw no real change in vacancy rates and are still seeing an amazing 3% of properties being vacant. We do expect to see a continuation of rising rental prices and vacancy rates hovering at record lows.
