Since 2003, Park Place Property Management has been driven to provide the highest level of service to our owners and residents. As Idaho's largest, locally-owned, professional management company, we understand the complex aspects of owning and managing rental houses and apartments. Our focus is maximizing investor return while providing residencies that tenants are proud to call home.

Andrew Propst

Andy has been managing properties for over 15 years for three different property management companies. Andy was lucky enough to be married to Shonda Propst in 1999. Before working at Park Place Property Management he was a manager of Heritage Property Management in Portland, Oregon. After Managing in Oregon for ten years they adopted their first child Samuel Propst in 2008. Soon after they welcomed Sam into their life they moved to Boise, Idaho to be closer to family. In 2011 they adopted their second child Brooklyn. Andy has been the President of Park Place Property Management for 4 years. Andy holds the Master Property Manager^® (MPM^®) Designation and the Residential Management Professional^® (RMP^®) Designation from The National Association of Residential Property Managers^® (NARPM^®) and the Certified Property Manager^® (CPM^®) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®).

Danny was raised in California's central valley and moved to Idaho in 2002 to attend BYU-Idaho where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He and his wife Mollie are the proud parents of 6 year old daughter Kallie and 1 year old twins, Claire and Dylan. Danny joined the Park Place team in August of 2008. Danny is actively involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) serving as the Educational chair for the Southwest Idaho chapter and on the National Communications Committee.

Monica, a Boise native married her husband Joe on Valentine's Day 1989. With great pride and success, they have raised 2 sons, Devon and Bryant, and are now enjoying 2 wonderful grandsons Ayden & Layne and 2 beautiful granddaughters Britlee Rhea' & Bently Jo. Monica has worked in customer service most of her adult life. Her most recent experience's being in the housing industry, from construction lending to property management.

Her and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their children, Rachel, Shaina and Jonathan. They enjoy the Great Outdoors that Idaho has to offer and are looking forward to being first time Grandparents.

She then furthered her education and graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She taught 4th grade for two years, special education for 1 year, and worked as an on-site property manager for 5 years. She is the mother of 4 beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing/watching sports, coaching, hiking, fishing, camping, building furniture, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She just recently moved to the Boise area and has been with us since August 2012.

After 4 years in Naval Aviation, I have spent my working career in aircraft and missile electronics, HVAC and appliance industry, retiring from Maytag after 24 years. I started working at Park Place Property Management in September 2008. The beautiful lady next to me is my wife of 52 years. We have 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Leisure time is spent fishing, playing golf and spending time with my wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Matt was raised in North Idaho and attended Lewis-Clark State College, where he earned a BS degree in education and social science in 1994. Shortly after he began his teaching and coaching career in Sandpoint, Idaho. He was a teacher for 8 years before starting a new career in construction, where he spent the next five years building houses and commercial buildings. Most recently, he was a personal trainer and amateur bodybuilder. Matt has spent the last three years at Gold's Gym before coming to Park Place in September 2011. He enjoys the gym, poker, and golf in his spare time.

Shaun grew up in Washington, but has traveled all over the U.S. with his family. He moved to Boise in 2006 where he has spent his time working in construction and as a fire sprinkler system design engineer. Kyrsten was born and raised on the Oregon Coast. She loves spending time outdoors and on the beach around a bonfire with friends. She's a proud mom of a rambunctious 5 year old son. She has worked mainly in customer service, ranging from bartending on cruise liners, to corporate accounts, to in-home care, nanny positions, and now Park Place. Her and her son relocated to the Boise area in February of 2013 to seek new opportunities in careers and his education. In her spare time, she is the owner and operator of Curtis Candids, a photography business, and spends time with her son and family dog, Rocko. Between Park Place, her son, and her photography, she stay very busy, but still believes family is always first.

Born and raised in Idaho, Shannon has a background in Property Management spanning over 6 years, which included managing several multi unit complexes throughout the Treasure Valley. Shannon earned her Associates Degree in Graphic Design and also has many years of experience as an early childhood education Teacher and Director. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her 2 wonderful daughters and family,exploring Idaho outdoors, riding dirt bikes, camping, fishing, and crafting. Shannon loves to spend time in the kitchen using the skills that she learned from her mother, who was an executive chef for over 20 years. Shannon has been with us since June 2012.

Born and raised in Seattle area, Todd moved to Boise in the Fall of 2007. He attended Washington State University where he earned a degree in Finance in 1986. He then spent the next 20 years working in the field of accounting and general business consulting. He also has a knack for the ins and outs of home maintenance as he spent most of his summers during his high school and college years as a handy man gaining experience in carpentry, electrical, painting and general home improvement. An avid skier and Boise State Bronco fan, he enjoys the recreational opportunities that the great state of Idaho has to offer and looks forward to the prospect of serving Park Place owners and tenants live the good life here in South West Idaho.

After graduation, Tony returned to Southern Idaho to start his career in outside sales before moving to Park Place in July of 2011.

Kaiti was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Centennial High School. She has a passion for the marketing industry and has been building her knowledge and experience in promotional marketing and web design for four years. Kaiti is very family oriented and spends almost every weekend with her siblings. Believe it or not but marketing isn’t her only passion. She loves traveling, exercising, volleyball, anything outdoors, and is a self-confessed chocoholic. She never lets a day go to waste by sitting on the couch, so she is sure to always be active and making the most out of every day.

We are looking for a skilled handy man/maintenance technician to work for our residential property management company. We are a Meridian, ID based company and we manage rental homes and apartments in the Treasure Valley. Applicants should meet the following requirements:
