Available Positions:


Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled handy man/maintenance technician to work for our residential property management company. We are a Meridian, ID based company and we manage rental homes and apartments in the Treasure Valley. Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
  • Willingness to take drug test prior to employment
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Ability to work outside and perform general labor

Applicants should also have some or all of the following skills/abilities or experience:

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Sheetrock
  • Painting
  • Roofing
  • Landscape/sprinkler
  • Appliance repair
  • General construction experience
  • Framing

Property Inspector

The objective of this position is to perform biannual and move out home inspections for all of our managed units. Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
  • Willingness to take drug test prior to employment
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Ability to work outside and perform general labor

Administrative Assistant

The objective of this position is to aid in the daily tasks of the property manager. The applicant should be comfortable on the phone, able to work 40+ hours per week, have strong work ethic, focused, friendly/welcoming personality and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team oriented environment. This position has high potential for growth and promotion!

We are looking for someone who posesses the follow qualities:

  • We want someone who is computer savvy and quickly adapts to new computer systems.
  • An individual who thrives in a busy work environment and can easily multi-task and effectively manage time.

Education and/or Experience:

  • A college degree or a combination of college and experience is preferred.

Property Manager

Fast paced & continually growing residential property Management Company is looking for an experienced property manager. The role of a Property Manager (PM) is to facilitate the day-to-day needs of tenants, owners, and prospects that pertain to the PM's assigned property management portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, tenant and owner ledger management, data entry for new properties and portfolios, preparation of new leases and inspection reports related to move-in's and move-out's, scanning and electronic filing of necessary paperwork for prospects, tenants, owners, and vendors, review and updating of marketing in various systems for vacant properties, database management for all contacts related to the portfolio, local housing authority paperwork and liaising, and various other needs that may arise from the properties in their portfolio.

This position will be full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.

  • Manage owner requests
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
