Available Positions:


Property Inspector

The objective of this position is to perform biannual and move out home inspections for all of our managed units. Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
  • Willingness to take drug test prior to employment
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Ability to work outside and perform general labor


This position offers a competitive wage of $12/hour plus benefits including; health insurance, optional supplemental insurance, PTO, and Holiday pay.

First Impression Specialist

The objective of this position is to answer incoming office calls and successfully take messages, make transfers, and answer inquires. The applicant should love being on the phone, able to work 40+ hours per week, have a go-getter attitude, focused, friendly/welcoming personality and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team oriented environment. This position has high potential for growth and promotion!

We are looking for full time and part time positions.

Property Accountant

The Property Accountant is accountable for assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the sound fiscal control and management of the Company’s financial operations. She/he provides guidance and advice to the Chief Financial Officer by recommending actions and alternatives when financial risks, hazards, or unfavorable circumstances occur. The incumbent manages property related financial accounting functions,and budgeting. She/he is responsible for generating and analyzing financial reports.

Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is accountable for assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the sound fiscal control and management of the Company's financial operations. Responsibilities:

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
  • Process check requests
  • Audit and process credit card bills
  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
  • 1099 maintenance
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Contributes to overall development of Company financial policies
  • Adheres to Company policies, standards, procedures and Core Values

General Accounting Responsibilities

  • Executing the expenditure cycle
  • Books of original entry and general ledger
  • Assist property accountants in the execution of their duties
